We show up.

we are loud.

LOUD is a community network for BIPOC women in LA who lead by doing. For the one building a business, the one raising the next generation, and the one organizing her block. We gather to learn something, support someone, or do something, every time.

our belief

Most of us weren't handed networks of opportunity, safety, or power.

We were told to lean in, speak up, work harder, and do it alone, while navigating rooms built to keep us out.

LOUD is the alternative we're building: intentional connection, shared knowledge, and collective action, sustained by the women in it.

Two women sitting at a table, one with curly hair and glasses, the other with long dark hair, both smiling and looking down. The table has various items, including a smartphone, jewelry, and snacks. A banana drawing is on the wall in the background.

how membership works

Membership at LOUD works a little like a library. You take part on your own terms, showing up how and when you can. See how it works.

Happening @ loud

From hands-on workshops to panels and open conversation, LOUD's programming is anchored by six signature gatherings a year, plus volunteer days and member-only events along the way. Together, they're where we think out loud, move with intention, and stay curious.

“LOUD is a sacred space where I feel seen, celebrated, and free to grow. It’s more than a community. It’s a co-created experience.”

A woman with dark hair and glasses, smiling, is sitting in a yellow armchair. She is wearing a matching patterned shirt and shorts set, and black boots. She is in a room with a vintage-style interior, including a patterned rug, a small round wooden table, a sofa, and a brick wall.
